The delivery time for non-physical products and services such as subscription products and training services is subject to product availability and is always agreed upon separately when ordering or stated on the product card. If the products or services are out of stock, the products or services can be delivered afterwards. In such situations, we will always contact you. Construction Heroes International reserves the right not to accept the order.

Delivery methods

All our non-physical products, services and subscription products purchased through the online store are delivered electronically. For those who have purchased a subscription membership, an email will be sent to the email address in your order about the logging information and directions to access the Construction Heroes International portal, which is located within the website. The content and material of the forums and membership platform is personal and only available for those who have purchased the membership. The material is not to be distributed to third parties.

For electronic products, we will send you instructions on how to log in to the training portal within two days of your order. If you have chosen invoice or bank transfer as the payment method for the training, the instructions will not be delivered until the payment is reflected in our account. Not all parts of the forums and portal, but in case of a delay, we will inform you as such.

Construction Heroes forums, training services and other materials purchased through the Construction Heroes Internationa’s website do not offer absolute truths. There are many good and different ways to achieve similar results and the regulations and official recommendations vary between countries. Construction Heroes International provides training, discussion and tips for different situations to the best of their knowledge, but do not take responsibility for the members’ own activities and solutions on worksites.


The product to be ordered is a digital service (hereinafter also “Membership”), the content and total price of which are described on the product card of the product in question. The membership is valid for a period of 1 month at a time. The access to the forums and material in the forums is not available after the membership has ended. If you have bought the membership with a subscription payment, your subscription will automatically renew every month unless you end it by informing it to us via email at Accessing the forums and your membership requires a computer, tablet, or smartphone to work. The service is compatible with all modern web browser software. The service subscriber is responsible for obtaining the appropriate device and browser software and for all related costs. Membership material and forums are published on a server hosted by a third party. Construction Heroes is not responsible for any interference with the presentation of digital content, such as possible interruptions and / or delays due to technical problems with third-party servers (eg network and Internet connection problems). It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that its equipment, programs and systems, such as browsers and interfaces, such as telecommunications connections, are properly secured. The concept, structure and related materials of the membership and forums are the property of Construction Heroes International and are protected by copyright law (1961/404). If the transaction is canceled before the arrival of the coaching material, Construction Heroes International has the right to withhold a portion of the costs related to the provision of the service. For the sake of clarity, once the materials have arrived and opened, the trade can no longer be canceled. The product to be ordered is digital coaching for site work. Coaching offers tips for different situations, but there is no one absolute way to work on a construction site. The Service Subscriber agrees that the information and material presented in the online training will be used in all respects at the Service Subscriber’s own responsibility.

Construction Heroes International is not responsible in any way for the content of the information presented and published in the online coaching or materials or sent to the service subscribers, the suitability of the information presented for a particular service subscriber, the accuracy of the information or errors in the online training or materials. Construction Heroes International is not partly responsible for the financial, legal or health consequences of the decisions and decisions made by the service subscriber as a result of online coaching. Construction Heroes International shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of income or earnings, business interruption, accidents resulting from the use or obstruction of online coaching and / or its materials. Constuction Heroes Inernational processes the personal data of the service subscriber in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and data protection policy. Disputes between Construction Heroes International and the Service Subscriber regarding coaching and / or service will be resolved primarily through negotiations between the parties. If a dispute cannot be settled by negotiation with a consumer customer, the consumer customer must refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board. If the party to the dispute is a corporate customer and the dispute has not been settled through negotiations, the matter will be resolved in the Helsinki District Court.


You have the full right to exchange and return the products you have purchased. Notify us of a return within 14 days of receiving the product. After this, you have 14 days to return the product according to the return instructions.

The product to be returned or exchanged must be unopened and in the same condition as it was when you received it. If you wish to return the product, follow the return instructions I sent you (see more below). Product returns are free. Please note, however, that we charge a € 10 return fee for packages not picked up and / or returned to us from the carrier’s office.

How to return an item

All prices shown in the Construction Heroes International website include 24% VAT. You can see the amount of tax for each order in the shopping cart, checkout and your order breakdown. 

The valid price is the price stated in the Construction Heros International website at the time of ordering. Construction Heroes International reserves the right to correct incorrectly recorded prices and make price changes.

Order confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and payment confirmation for the products and services you have ordered. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
